General information
These Terms and Conditions of Use govern the contractual relationship between SGDR SNC DI QUADRELLI DARIO, ZANCHETTA DAMIANO E CONTI FRANCESCO, with registered office in Viale Malaspina 1/5 – 54035 Fosdinovo (MS), tax code and VAT number 01493630451, e-mail sharkard@sgdrinfo.com , telephone number 3534882106 (hereinafter, “SGDR SNC”), and the Customer who makes a remote purchase of goods through the website www.sharkard.com .

Pursuant to art. 1326 of the Italian Civil Code, the sales contract is considered concluded when the Customer, having completed the purchase procedure on the SGDR SNC website, confirms the order by selecting the "Order with obligation to pay" or "Pay with PayPal" button, thus generating a binding order.

By confirming the order, the Customer declares having read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use, and undertakes to comply with all provisions. SGDR SNC, in turn, undertakes to operate in accordance with the provisions of this document.

Completion of the contract implies, for the Customer: the obligation to pay the price of the purchased goods, as indicated on the website, accepting their characteristics and technical specifications; the obligation to pay shipping costs and any additional costs.

SGDR SNC, for its part, undertakes to: promptly communicate the details of the confirmed order to the Customer, via email or other suitable means; supply the purchased products in accordance with the agreed conditions, without prejudice to the right of SGDR SNC to not process orders from parties who, in its sole discretion, do not offer sufficient guarantees of solvency.


Applicable law and competent court for disputes
Purchases made on the website www.sharkard.com are governed, except where expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions of Use, by the provisions of the Civil Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005 – “Consumer Code”, Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance contracts, as well as by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR and Legislative Decree 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Code.

For any civil or criminal dispute arising from the interpretation, execution, or validity of the contract stipulated between the Customer and SGDR SNC, the exclusive territorial jurisdiction is attributed to the court of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer, provided that the latter is acting as a consumer pursuant to the applicable legislation.


Product information, availability and pricing

Nature of the products
SGDR SNC offers for sale, through the website www.sharkard.com , a wide range of items belonging to different product categories, including:

Collectible card games, board games and toys;

Model making products (paints, glues, brushes, specialized tools and accessories for hobbyists);

Collectible statues and figures, including well-known brands like Funko and the like;

Books, manuals, comics and similar publications;

Collector accessories (albums, sleeves, deck holders, etc.);

Nerd-themed or collectible clothing and gadgets;

Vouchers, gift cards, and digital vouchers;

Pop culture or collectible themed food and snack products.

The information relating to the essential characteristics of the products is constantly updated based on data provided by manufacturers and distributors, in order to guarantee the Customer correct, complete and transparent information.

The images and descriptive content published on the site are for illustrative purposes only. Any minor differences in colors, materials, or details do not constitute a product defect and are not attributable to SGDR SNC.

The products marketed can belong to two distinct categories:

New products, sold intact and complete in their original packaging. Occasionally, they may have slight aesthetic imperfections due to the nature of the material or storage; such imperfections are always indicated on the relevant product sheet.

Second-choice products, identified by specific wording on the product sheet. They may present defects or minor damage that do not compromise the functionality of the item. SGDR SNC provides, where possible, an illustrative image of the expected type of defect, which, however, may not exactly match the delivered product.

It is the Customer's responsibility to carefully read the description of each item before completing the purchase.

For products intended for an adult audience or subject to age restrictions, SGDR SNC reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided and to refuse to process the order if the conditions required by law do not apply.


Product Availability
The availability of products on the website www.sharkard.com It is managed using constantly updated computer systems. However, since these systems may be subject to errors or non-simultaneous updates, SGDR SNC does not guarantee that all items indicated as available are actually available at the time of browsing the site or placing an order.

SGDR SNC is committed to keeping availability information as up-to-date and reliable as possible.

In the event that, following order confirmation, a product is no longer available, SGDR SNC will promptly inform the Customer via email or other suitable means, offering the latter the possibility of:

wait for the product to be restocked;

modify the order, excluding the unavailable item, with a consequent update of the total amount;

cancel the order without any additional cost;

accept a substitute product of equivalent quality and price, if proposed by the company.

In the event that the product is permanently unavailable and the Customer does not accept alternative solutions, SGDR SNC will provide a full refund of the amount paid for the unavailable product, without further costs for the Customer.

Sales offered through the website www.sharkard.com They are intended exclusively for the Italian market. Therefore, SGDR SNC will not process orders with shipping addresses located outside of Italy.


Pre-order products
Products marked as "pre-order" are items that are expected to be available after the order is completed and are not yet in stock at the time of purchase.

For these products, SGDR SNC undertakes to proceed with shipment starting from the date indicated on the relevant product sheet, subject to the possibility of variations due to delays in production, distribution or other circumstances beyond its control.

In the event of delays in the delivery of pre-ordered products, SGDR SNC will promptly inform the Customer, offering the possibility of:

maintain the order pending the new availability date;

change or cancel your order without any additional costs or penalties.

Any refunds resulting from the cancellation of a pre-order will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly requested and accepted by SGDR SNC.


Product prices
Every item offered for sale on the website www.sharkard.com It is accompanied by the indication of the selling price, expressed in euros – VAT included and inclusive of any other applicable taxes.

The prices indicated do not include shipping costs or any additional management or payment costs, which are calculated and clearly displayed to the Customer in the order summary phase, before purchase confirmation.

The prices charged by SGDR SNC generally correspond to those recommended by manufacturers or official distributors, or, in the case of editorial articles, those listed on the product itself. However, SGDR SNC reserves the right to apply discounts or price changes during promotional campaigns, sales periods, or specific sales initiatives. In such cases, the discount applied and the original price will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page, ensuring the transparency of the offer.

In the event that a material error is detected in the price indicated on the product page or in the order summary, SGDR SNC reserves the right to cancel the order, promptly notifying the Customer and providing a full refund of any sums already paid, since in this case the contractual will necessary for the valid conclusion of the purchase is lacking.

SGDR SNC may change its prices at any time and without notice; however, the price in effect at the time of confirmation by the Customer will always apply to each order.


Payment Methods
Payment for products purchased on the website www.sharkard.com , including any shipping costs and additional charges, must be made by the Customer by choosing one of the following methods available at the time of completing the order:

Bank transfer: The customer can pay the full order amount, including any additional costs, by bank transfer to the bank details provided by SGDR SNC at the end of the purchase process. Payment must be made within 15 clear days of order confirmation, indicating the order identification number in the reason for payment. If payment has not been received within this period, SGDR SNC may cancel the order. Shipments will only be processed after the amount due has been verified.

PayPal: by selecting this option, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal platform to complete the payment, accepting the relevant contractual conditions.

Credit, debit, or prepaid cards: Card payments are handled through the MultiSafePay platform, with immediate debit and acceptance of the terms of service.

Apple Pay and Google Pay: integrated electronic payment methods, also processed through the MultiSafePay platform, subject to the contractual terms of the respective providers.

Scalapay: allows you to pay the purchase amount in three equal installments via the dedicated platform. By selecting this option, the customer accepts Scalapay's terms of service, authorizing the transfer of the credit to Incremento SPV Srl or other assignees.

Satispay: Instant digital payment via the dedicated app, subject to the service's contractual terms and conditions.

In the case of payments made electronically, SGDR SNC may access transaction information exclusively for administrative, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes, in full compliance with personal data protection legislation.


Delivery Methods – Shipping Costs and Times
Once the order confirmation has been received and payment has been verified (where applicable), SGDR SNC will promptly arrange for the order to be shipped, subject to product availability, according to the shipping method chosen by the Customer during the purchase process.

Sales and shipping offered through the website www.sharkard.com They are reserved exclusively for Italy. Orders destined for foreign destinations will not be processed and will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where free shipping is available upon reaching the indicated threshold. The amounts are determined based on the selected courier and the total order amount, as shown in the information table available on the website.

SGDR SNC collaborates with major national couriers, including GLS, BRT, and FedEx-TNT, and guarantees delivery throughout Italy with average delivery times ranging from 1 to 4 business days, depending on the destination. For remote areas, islands, or remote locations, delivery times may extend up to 7 business days.

Standard delivery costs are €6.90 (VAT included). Shipping is free for orders of €100.00 (VAT included) or more within Italy.

Any additional costs related to ancillary services—such as insurance, special delivery management, or specific customer requests—are the responsibility of the customer and will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

SGDR SNC reserves the right to not make certain couriers available for certain areas or postal codes, as well as to request an additional cost from the Customer in the case of particularly expensive or difficult-to-reach destinations.

The delivery times indicated are purely indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment or a binding guarantee of the exact arrival date of the goods. Any delays due to force majeure—such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, holidays, or courier logistics issues—cannot be attributed to SGDR SNC.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the integrity of the package upon delivery and, in the event of visible damage or tampering, to accept the package with reservations, specifying the anomalies found on the transport document. Acceptance without reservations releases the courier and SGDR SNC from any liability for transport damage not promptly reported.

SGDR SNC cannot be held responsible for delays or impossibility of delivery due to errors or incompleteness in the shipping address provided by the Customer. In such cases, any additional storage, return, or correction costs will be borne by the Customer.

In the event of extraordinary events or periods of high order volume (such as holidays, promotions, or sales), SGDR SNC undertakes to inform the Customer in advance of any temporary delays in shipments, providing assistance and updates through the usual contact channels.


Free shipping
For all orders totaling €100.00 or more (VAT included) and shipped within Italy, SGDR SNC offers free shipping.

Reaching the minimum threshold to benefit from this discount refers exclusively to the total value of the products purchased, net of any discounts, vouchers, or promotions applied.

It is understood that, even in the case of free shipping, costs relating to additional or accessory services requested by the Customer may still be due, such as package insurance, delivery by appointment, or other personalized shipping management methods.

In the event of partial returns, cancellations, or changes to the order that result in the overall value being reduced below the minimum threshold, the right to free shipping will automatically lapse and the standard shipping rates in effect at the time of purchase will apply.


Shipping insurance
Customers wishing to protect themselves against any damage, loss, or tampering with the goods during transport can request the activation of the shipping insurance service.

This request must be communicated to SGDR SNC immediately after the order has been completed, by contacting customer service at the email address or contact details indicated on the website www.sharkard.com .

SGDR SNC will provide the Customer with all the necessary information regarding the methods, costs, and insurance coverage, as well as instructions for proceeding with payment for the requested additional service.

Once confirmed and paid, insurance will cover the shipment up to the declared amount and according to the conditions established by the courier. If this request is not made, the goods will be shipped uninsured, and SGDR SNC cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred during transport.


Orders containing only digital products
If an order contains only digital or virtual products or gift cards, no shipping costs will be charged, as these goods do not require physical delivery.

Digital products will be delivered electronically, such as by sending a hyperlink or a unique code to the email address provided by the Customer during the purchase process, or by other suitable means that allow for remote and immediate use of the purchased product.

Any delays due to technical malfunctions or force majeure beyond the control of SGDR SNC will not constitute a breach of contract. However, SGDR SNC undertakes to provide timely assistance to resolve any issues relating to accessing or downloading purchased digital content.


Splitting an order into multiple different orders
If order processing has not yet started, the Customer may request that SGDR SNC split a single order into multiple separate shipments, even using different couriers, where available for the destination area.

This transaction will be handled as if they were separate orders placed at the time of the original purchase. Consequently, shipping costs and any additional charges will be recalculated for each resulting shipment, as will the minimum threshold for free shipping, which will be assessed separately for each new order.

Before proceeding with the separation, SGDR SNC will inform the Customer of any additional costs due to the increased number of shipments and the amount of the financial integration required to process the request.

Only after payment of any additional amount has been made will SGDR SNC arrange for the shipment of individual orders according to the timeframes applicable to each of them.


Legal guarantee of conformity for goods
In accordance with Articles 128 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Consumer Code, SGDR SNC is liable to the consumer Customer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods.

In the event of a defect in conformity, the Customer has the right, free of charge, to repair or replacement of the goods, in accordance with applicable law. If replacement is impossible or excessively costly, the Customer may request a proportional reduction in the price or, alternatively, termination of the contract with a refund of the amount paid, upon return of the defective goods.

Any returns must be made to the registered office or warehouse address of SGDR SNC, as indicated below:

The legal warranty lasts two years from delivery of the goods. The Customer is required to report the defect within two months of discovering it, providing SGDR SNC, if requested, with photographic or video documentation describing the problem encountered.

In cases where the defect is minor—such as small scratches, slight aesthetic imperfections, or other marks that do not affect the functionality of the product—SGDR SNC may offer the Customer a partial price reduction or the issuance of a discount voucher to be used on a future purchase.

The legal guarantee does not apply to products sold free of charge or to goods purchased as second-choice products, for which imperfections are already known and accepted at the time of purchase.


Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Consumer Code, the Customer who has entered into a distance contract with SGDR SNC has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without having to provide a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods by themselves or a designated third party.

To exercise this right, the Customer must communicate his intention to withdraw using one of the following suitable means:

Send a registered letter with return receipt to the registered office address of SGDR SNC

The communication must clearly state the intention to withdraw, including: the order or invoice number and date; the description and quantity of the products you wish to return.

Once the notice of withdrawal has been received, SGDR SNC will provide written confirmation of receipt to the Customer and will provide instructions for returning the goods.

The goods must be returned without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the Customer communicated the decision to withdraw. The deadline is considered met if the goods are shipped before the 14-day deadline.

All costs of returning products are the responsibility of the Customer.

The refund of the amount paid, including the price of the products and any initial delivery costs, will be made within 14 working days of the withdrawal notification, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

In accordance with Article 56, paragraph 3, of the Consumer Code, SGDR SNC may withhold the refund until the goods are received or the Customer can demonstrate that they have been shipped.

The Customer is responsible for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to verify their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Unnecessary handling includes, for example: returning incomplete or altered products; removing or damaging the original packaging; applying labels, tape, or permanent markings to the product or packaging; or any other modification that affects the value or intended use of the item.

Failure to include the complete original packaging, including packaging, documentation, and accessories, may result in a proportional reduction in the refund.

If any defects are found upon receipt of the returned goods, SGDR SNC will inform the Customer within 7 working days of delivery, indicating the applicable reduction in value. Alternatively, the Customer may request the return of the damaged goods, thus canceling the withdrawal request; in this case, the Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.


Returned due to second thoughts

In addition to the legally required right of withdrawal, SGDR SNC offers the Customer the option of returning purchased products, even if they simply change their minds, within a longer period than the legally required period.

This right may be exercised within 30 days of receipt of the goods by the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, by sending a communication using the same methods provided for exercising the right of withdrawal.

The communication must contain an explicit declaration of intent to exercise the right of return due to a change of mind, indicating: the order number and date or invoice; the description and quantity of the products to be returned.

The goods must be shipped to the registered office or warehouse address of SGDR SNC, as indicated:

The refund will be made net of shipping costs and any additional costs, using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. The refund will be processed within 31 days of receipt of the returned goods.

All costs for returning the products will be borne by the Customer.

Goods returned for a change of heart must be intact, unaltered, and complete with original packaging, including packaging, manuals, accessories, and any documentation. Partial returns of individual products or items purchased as second-choice or given away free of charge are not permitted.

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned in the same condition in which they were received. If, upon inspection, any defects, missing items, or damage are found, SGDR SNC will inform the Customer within 7 business days of receiving the goods. In this case, the refund will be suspended and the Customer may, within 14 calendar days, request the return of the rejected product, bearing the costs of reshipping.

If this period elapses without a response, the goods will be retained by SGDR SNC without any further obligations or refunds to the Customer.


Order cancellation
Order cancellation requests must be promptly communicated to SGDR SNC at the email address servizioclienti@sharkard.com.

The request must contain the following information: the customer's name and surname; the identification code or order number of the order you wish to cancel.

Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been processed or prepared in the warehouse. If preparation or shipping has already begun, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal or, if the requirements are met, the right to return the item due to a change of mind.

When cancellation is requested within the applicable timeframe, SGDR SNC will proceed with a full refund of any sums already paid, using the same payment method chosen by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The refund will be made within 14 calendar days of confirmation of the cancellation, without any costs or deductions to be paid by the Customer.

SGDR SNC reserves the right to cancel an order on its own initiative in the cases provided for in these Terms and Conditions, such as for example due to product unavailability, obvious pricing errors, or the Customer's lack of sufficient solvency guarantees.


After-sales assistance
Following the purchase, SGDR SNC guarantees the Customer a post-sales assistance service aimed at ensuring the correct execution of the delivery operations, the verification of the condition of the products received and the management of any problems relating to the orders placed.
